Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 7 or more years of related experience in civil engineering. Professional Engineer (PE) license in Washington Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams. Strong knowledge of local development codes, standards, and permitting processes. Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D and other industry-related design software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build trusted relationships with clients, colleagues, and public agency staff. Preferred
