Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 4 or more years of related experience in civil engineering. Professional Engineer (PE) license in Washington Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams. Strong experience with Transportation Municipal Work, and/or Land Development (commercial or residential). Strong knowledge of local development codes, standards, and permitting processes. Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D and other industry-related design software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build trusted relationships with clients, colleagues, and public agency staff. Preferred
