TERRITORY: San Antonio North, covering San Antonio Medical Center, Lakeway, and Marble Falls. Ideal candidate to be based out of North/Northwest San Antonio. The COS position is an oncology diagnostics sales role charged with establishing, developing and growing a geography to exceed sales goals. The COS will be responsible for creating a strategic territory plan, and managing all business results and ROI including but not limited to: daily sales activity, new account acquisition, retaining existing customer base while growing sales, implementing cross functional initiatives, effectively utilizing resources and establishing processes for appropriate patient identification and treatment management. TERRITORY: Miami-Dade West (Miami Lakes, Hialeah, Kendall, Doral and Key West) POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinical Oncology Specialist (COS) position is a clinical sales role utilizing clinical oncology, pathology, customer service and reimbursement experience and expertise to support the sale of Natera’s Oncology diagnostics. The COS is a strategic partner with the other Natera sales people in their territory such as the women’s health and pharmaceutical sales teams to formulate and execute a plan of action. Capitalize on selling opportunities and/or to influence physician, key opinion leaders, hospitals and clinics. Responsible for the sale of the company’s oncology diagnostics products within an assigned territory or geographic region. Monitor, document and report on existing business as well as challenges and new opportunities. Escalate issues not resolved timely or to the satisfaction of the clients. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of Oncology experience OR associate degree and 7 years of Oncology experience. Knowledge of local oncology market.
