Job description
Position Objective: Responsible for carrying out Clinical Pharmacy services through promoting evidence-based pharmacotherapy and sound pharmaceutical care through the development of medication management protocols, and drug therapy policies. Serves as a Clinical Pharmacy resource for the health system. Essential Job Duties: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Conducts departmental activities to meet the goals, objectives and policies of the pharmacy department. Participates in improvements in interdepartmental policies and procedures, which support the Pharmacy Department and Hospitals strategic goals.
