About the Role We are looking for a goal-oriented Collections Analyst to manage a high volume of international customer accounts. This role is responsible for collecting outstanding balances, resolving payment issues, and preparing accurate cash collection forecasts while meeting strict performance targets. The ideal candidate has experience collecting from international accounts in English, a basic understanding of accounting, and the ability to prioritize effectively under pressure. Qualification
Previous experience in collections for international accounts Strong written and spoken English, with experience conducting collection conversations and correspondence in English. Experience managing a high volume of customer accounts. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and accounts receivable, including invoices, credit memos, payment application, taxes and account reconciliation. Experience preparing cash collection forecasts and tracking payment commitments. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Strong organizational, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. A results-driven mindset and demonstrated ability to meet strict KPIs. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professional customer service. Preferred
