Make a Real Impact as a Community Support Specialist on Our ACT Team Full-time, benefit eligible position. The schedule is Monday - Friday, with on-call hours. Join a compassionate, multidisciplinary Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team that delivers high-impact services to individuals with mental health and substance use needs. As a Community Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping people thrive in their communities through individualized, wraparound support and advocacy. ACT (Assertive Community Treatment)/ACT TAY (Assertive Community Treatment for Transitional-Aged Youth)/STEPS (Shape, Teach, Evolve, Prepare, Support) programs are a way of providing many types of service to people with chronic mental health disorders.
