Job Title: Construction Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist Location: Gaithersburg MD Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team and oversee the quality of construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of construction quality control processes, OSHA safety standards, and preferably experience working on federal government construction projects.

Key Responsibilities: Monitor and document construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, contract documents, applicable codes, and quality standards. Conduct inspections, material verifications, and testing to confirm adherence to approved plans and procedures.
