About the role We’re looking for a Content Designer to join OpenAI’s Content Design team, bringing deep expertise in prompt engineering and AI evaluation alongside strong content design craft and product judgment. You’ll combine editorial judgment, product strategy, and technical implementation to build prompts, evaluations, and tools that help us create and improve content
