3+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products, ideally including B2B applications or complex workflows. Producing polished UI, user flows, and interactive prototypes with thoughtful interactions, states, and edge cases. Clear verbal and visual communication, with the ability to explain design rationale and respond constructively to feedback. A track record of partnering with Product and Engineering to deliver well-scoped work, considering user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
