About the Role People increasingly find financial products by asking ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews and AI Mode instead of scrolling search results. Chime's Organic Growth team helps members find Chime without paid media. Chime is already one of the most visible brands in AI answers in several core banking categories, and we want to widen that lead. We're hiring a Content Marketing Manager, SEO & AI Search to own the content and citation work that wins in AI search. You'll run Chime's blog from planning through publishing, run our AI-powered content workflows, and earn Chime coverage on the third-party sources AI models trust most. You'll partner closely with our Principal, AI Search Strategy & SEO, who sets Chime's AI search strategy, priority categories, targets, and measurement. Qualification
