OVERVIEW As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing fireplace fixtures for residential clients. Your role involves troubleshooting electrical issues with lighting fixtures and fans. Essential Functions of role Install, service, and repair gas, electric, and wood-burning fireplace systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and ventilation issues using appropriate testing equipment and manufacturer guidelines. Maintain accurate service records and prepare detailed reports outlining work performed, materials used, and recommended follow-up. Adhere to all safety protocols, local codes, and company standards while operating tools and equipment properly. Provide professional customer service, communicate clearly with clients and team members, and meet established service timelines. Requirements 1-3 years of experience with methods and procedures. General experience as a handyman is beneficial. Experience operating midsize vehicles. High school diploma or equivalent is required. SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE The Administrative Assistant role ensures that all customer needs are promptly addressed in a courteous and professional manner. Will assist staff with all aspects of the ordering process including order entry, order placement, order fulfillment, product information and scheduling. Acts as a liaison between production, customers and/or sales personnel to provide availability and scheduling information. The Administrative Assistant role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process, contributing to customer satisfaction and overall business success. This position will provide superior service in retail customers’ homes. JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities: Proficient with the installation of high-end brand products and appliances such as Sub-Zero/Wolf, Viking, Dacor, Thermador, Miele, Bosch, and Jenn-Air. Ability to effectively communicate, both inside and outside of the company. Provide exceptional customer service to residential accounts. Maintain truck and inventory in good order. Inspect appliance components to ensure working properly. Competent in filling out daily reports and reconciling parts orders and service calls. Complete billing and invoicing paperwork. Lift and move heavy appliances in a safe manner. Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 3 years’ experience installing high-end brand products and appliances.
