Location: Phoenix, AZ | Hybrid Competitive base salary + uncapped commission | First-year OTE: $85,000–$95,000 Ready to put your sourcing experience to work in a specialist market? At Harnham, you’ll connect data and AI professionals with companies looking to build their teams. This is a 360 recruitment role , working with both candidates and clients. You’ll bring the experience to hit the ground running on active vacancies, while building relationships and developing business across your market. What you’ll do Proactively source and headhunt data and AI professionals for active vacancies. Screen candidates to understand their skills, experience and career goals. Build pipelines of specialist talent for current and future searches. Build relationships with new and existing clients. Generate new business through outreach and sales conversations.
