Job description
Description This role drives the career awareness & mentoring initiative of Bright Future called ‘Step to Livelihood - Buniyaad’. The purpose of this role is to work with the youths in the age group of 14 to 25 years (called as aspirants) and build their awareness of career . The Facilitator will be leading administration, scoring and interpretation of Bright Future’s. Responsibilities Conduct workshops and sessions on designing a career path & provide 1:1 counseling. Discussing career-related aspirations, concerns, and uncertainties throughout the consultation process. Assist the Social Worker in mobilization of youth for the ‘Step to Livelihood - Buniyaad’ programme. Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in the stakeholder engagement activities planned at the center (led by Social Worker/Project In-charge) to ensure participation of stakeholders in programme.
