About the Role We are seeking an experienced GTM Recruiter to partner closely with our GTM leadership team and drive a best-in-class hiring experience across our go-to-market org. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a full-cycle GTM recruiter in high-growth environments, with deep experience hiring Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Support, and the broader sales team. Success in this role requires strong stakeholder management skills, creative AI-augmented sourcing strategies, and the ability to deliver high-quality hires in a fast-paced startup setting.
