Job description
Your Mission Cosuno is a platform for construction tendering in the German-speaking market. It connects general contractors, who publish bid packages, with subcontractors, who bid on them, and both sides pay. As our GTM & Growth Engineer, you build the automation and data behind marketing and growth. You find where work is manual or where data goes unused, build a solution that works in one area, such as paid marketing, lifecycle, sales handovers or content, and then reuse it across the others. You work closely with our Senior Lifecycle & Customer Growth Manager, the Demand Generation Manager and the Marketing Lead, and you ship things with a business outcome attached, not infrastructure for its own sake.
