About the Role At Techdome, growth is a system we build, not a campaign we run once. As our GTM Engineer, you will design and operate that system: figuring out which customers matter most, shaping how we talk to them, picking the channels where they actually pay attention, and turning ad spend into a predictable stream of qualified leads and revenue. Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) will be your primary playground, alongside Google, LinkedIn, and emerging channels. You will own budgets, measure outcomes, and keep refining what works. If you like owning outcomes, thinking in numbers, and building growth engines from scratch, this role is for you. What You Will Do Go-To-Market Strategy Define Techdome’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and pinpoint the segments with the highest potential.
