• HR business partnering for SBU by executing workforce plans, performance cycles and engagement programs locally.
• first-line ER support, grievance handling and compliance readiness with timely escalations to IR/ER specialists.
• employee lifecycle execution with GCC‑HR for transactions, ensuring smooth onboarding, movements and exits.
• local administration coordination to meet site workplace and employee needs within standards.
