Job Role... A host at Soho House is responsible for welcoming and greeting members and guests, managing the table booking systems and supporting with floor team to seat current bookings and prepare tables for the next booking. Your main responsibility is to ensure that members have an enjoyable experience. You will deliver excellent service from initial greeting and seating members and supporting with the floor team where needed. Main Duties... To welcome every member by name and guest with open arms and in a hospitable manner. To respond to member inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. To monitor restaurant, club activity to determine seating and dining flow. To manage the booking system to ensure members are seated according to their correct booking (restaurant only).
