Job description
Job Title: HR Executive Reports to: HR Manager Location : ATHARVA FOUNDRIES PVT LTD, MIDC -Wai Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our manufacturing unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support to the unit, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and benefits administration. The HR Executive will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities . 1. Employee Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, training, and benefits enrollment. 2.
