Luminis Health Anne Arundel Medical Center (LHAAMC) Title: HVAC Team Lead Department: Engineering Reports To: Engineering Maintenance Supervisor Cost Center/Job Code : 20000-50019-001959 FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Position Objective: Under general supervision, leads, trains, oversees, and participates in the work of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) control systems, and repair of HVAC control systems and fixtures; provides technical assistance to the engineering department. Troubleshoot, service, and repair all types of control systems including but not limited to electric, electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic instruments and systems used to indicate, record, and control operations in a boiler house in regards to HVAC systems, heating and cooling systems, as well as pressure, temperature, and humidity monitoring systems. Educational/Experience Requirements: The minimum level of education and experience for this position includes: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent BS in mechanical engineering preferred Five years’ experience of working with HVAC, Boiler and Chiller control systems; Required License/Certifications: Anne Arundel County or State Masters card preferred Must have a valid Maryland drivers license and a driving record with no more than two (2) points; CFC Certification preferred
