Dear Sir, Please find attached below details as per requirement.:- About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic Industrial Trainee (Cost Accountant) to support our cost accounting and finance functions. This role is ideal for candidates pursuing ICMAI (CMA) qualification and looking to gain hands-on experience in product costing, variance analysis, inventory control , and MIS reporting in a dynamic industrial environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in standard costing and actual vs. standard variance analysis Support preparation of monthly cost sheets for products and processes Perform raw material and WIP consumption analysis Analyze manufacturing overheads and departmental cost allocation Assist with cost audits and maintain cost accounting records per statutory norms Contribute to inventory valuation , stock audits , and cycle counts Help prepare profitability analysis by product, p
