Key Attributes As a Senior Manager, you’ll be an accomplished and effective member of the Teneo Consulting team, leading client engagements with the support of Directors and Managing Directors, developing junior colleagues, and bringing a strong understanding of how data, AI and emerging technology can create measurable business value. Key Responsibilities Structure and lead projects or major workstreams of complex engagements, working directly with a Director or Managing Director and taking day-to-day ownership of delivery, team performance and client outcomes Demonstrate a strong consulting skill set, leading complex research and analysis, translating business problems into clear hypotheses and practical solutions, and structuring high-quality written output Develop the ‘answer’ from initial hypothesis through refinement and validation with senior colleagues and clients, combining rigorous analysis with sound commercial judgement Lead AI diagnostic and strategy engagements, framing the problem, identifying and prioritising AI use cases, and developing the value case to inform investment and transformation priorities. Lead AI transformation engagements from prioritised use cases through to production, orchestrating delivery across Teneo’s AI consulting capabilities, client teams and external vendors, and maintaining a clear focus on adoption and realised business value.
