1- Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary environment preferred, but not required. 2- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 3- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-friendly attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. 4- Knowledge of farm-to-table culinary practices and a passion for sustainable food systems preferred. 5- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. 6- Physical fitness and stamina to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in hot or humid conditions.
