Job description
Luminis Health Clinical Enterprises Title: Lead Credentialed Trainer The Lead Epic Credentialed Trainer (CT) plays a pivotal leadership role in integrating Epic systems expertise, adult learning principles, and education delivery across the ambulatory health system. This position partners closely with Principal Trainers (PTs) and Credentialed Trainers (CTs) to ensure the effective communication of system updates, dissemination of training content, and support of initiatives tailored to both clinical and non-clinical workflows. Key areas of focus include patient care, scheduling, registration, referrals, reporting, and operational processes. The Lead CT is responsible for conducting onsite training, leading 30-60-90-day follow-ups, and guiding new hire development to ensure consistent competency and system adoption.
