Job description
As a C++ lead software engineer, you design, build, and deliver high-performance, scalable software systems. This is a hands-on role: you spend your time in the code, combining deep technical expertise with mentorship as you build and run production-ready solutions. You are responsible for: Designing and building scalable solutions with a strong focus on performance, maintainability, and cross-component integration. Taking ownership of delivery from design to production, and living "you build it, you run it", so your team owns what it ships and keeps it reliable in production. Staying hands-on in the code while keeping delivery on track: unblocking the team, holding the bar on quality, and mentoring fellow engineers.
