Permanent contract, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year Interview date TBC Unqualified Lecturer Salary (P25-P27 £30,348.15 - £32,186.70) Qualified Lecturer Salary L5 and above (P27-P35 £32,186.70 - £40,015.50) Exceptional candidates with the right skills and aptitudes may be eligible to receive an additional industry expertise uplift as part of the wider benefits of being a Bath College employee. Purpose of the job - To collaborate with the Head of School to deliver high-quality teaching and assessment within the Electrical provision, encompassing both classroom/workshop theory and practical instruction. Working with college and strand specialist IQA to establish and ensure high quality internal pre gateway and qualification checks are carried out regularly; GCSE) English and Maths at Grade C or above A nationally recognised qualification, at least to level 3, or equivalent, in an Electrical discipline; 18th Edition, 2nd Amendment qualification TAQA Assessor Award (or willing to work towards) Teaching Qualification (or willing to work towards) Please see attached for the full Person Specification Generous paid holiday entitlement of 40 days, exclusive of College closure days and public holidays; It is a free and strictly confidential short-term counselling and support service (up to six meetings after an initial assessment session with a qualified counselor) The College offers an eye sight test for anyone who meets the criteria as described within the Health and Safety (Display Screen Equipment) Regulations
