About the opportunity As a Lifecycle Manager, you will take ownership of the lifecycle communication strategy for a core domain within our Lifecycle team. In this role, you will bridge customer insight and business growth by translating analytics into impactful customer journeys, optimising customer Lifetime Value (LTV), and accelerating Primary Account adoption. Partnering closely with Product Marketing and leveraging modern automation, predictive models, and emerging AI tools, you will lead high-impact campaigns while maintaining operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
