Job description
Key Responsibilities • Handle day-to-day general maintenance requirements across Decks outlets. • Attend to and coordinate resolution of issues related to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, civil work, fixtures, equipment, and other outlet infrastructure. • Conduct regular outlet visits to identify maintenance requirements and pending issues. • Coordinate with external vendors and technicians for timely resolution of breakdowns and repairs. • Ensure preventive maintenance activities are completed as per schedule. • Maintain records of breakdowns, repairs, maintenance activities, and recurring issues. • Track maintenance complaints and ensure closure within defined TATs. • Follow up with vendors for pending jobs, quotations, service visits, and issue resolution. • Support maintenance requirements for new outlet openings, renovations, installations, and equipment setup. • Identify recurring
