Job description
MongoDB is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to be the FP&A owner of Pigment, our financial planning platform, in partnership with our Product Manager in IT. We recently migrated to Pigment from Workday’s Adaptive, and the next phase is making it great: scalable, well-governed, deeply integrated, and trusted by every planning stakeholder across the company. You'll sit at the intersection of Finance, IT, and the Business, translating how we plan into how the system works. You're a builder who speaks finance fluently. You're comfortable building a multidimensional modeling engine in the morning and in a requirements discussion with a budget owner in the afternoon. You take projects from idea to production, communicate clearly, love working with a variety of stakeholders, and enjoy bringing structure to a fast-moving environment.
