Job description
Position Objective: This position is responsible for ensuring the provision of high quality cost effective health care for Respiratory Care and Neurodiagnostics services. Providing clinical operational leadership of the service lines as well as strategic development. Collaborates with other initiatives and supports department leaders as well as the clinical initiative leadership in program planning and implementation of strategic organizational and departmental goals and objectives. Qualification
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university Five years related clinical experience in an acute care hospital Supervisory experience. Master's Degree from an accredited college or university, preferred. Required License/Certifications: Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification Registered Respiratory Care (RRT) Practitioner with the NBRC. Current Maryland RCP license. Working Conditions, Equipment, Physical Demands: Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects There is reasonable expectation that employees in this position will be exposed to blood-borne pathogens.
