Job Overview A Manager / Sr. Manager in our M&A practice will lead high-impact technology due diligence (TDD) engagements and partner with private equity clients across buy-side and sell-side transactions. This position requires a combination of deep technical expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to guide teams within fast-paced private equity environments.
