Job description
Your Impact at LILA We are seeking a Senior Manager, Scientific System of Record to lead the team building the user-facing surfaces and core applications that form Lila’s laboratory information management system (LIMS). You will lead a team of engineers responsible for building the systems that scientists, technicians, and AI agents use to plan, execute, capture, and understand scientific work. You’ll work closely with scientists, product leaders, ML researchers, data engineers, automation engineers, and platform teams to turn complex laboratory workflows into intuitive, reliable, and scalable software. The Scientific System of Record team builds the memory layer for Lila’s operations. It connects scientific intent to physical reality by capturing experimental plans, samples, protocols, executions, results, and operational context, creating the foundation for reproducibility and closing
