Mechanical Engineer V - Team Manager

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or another relevant engineering discipline from an accredited college/university with at least 10 years of mechanical design experience. Advanced technical and organizational leadership skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive and customer audiences. Strong experience with CAD modeling and technical drawing creation in SolidWorks, including complex GD&T and tolerance analysis. Demonstrated hands-on experience in the design, development, testing, or manufacturing of controllable solid propulsion systems. Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop diverse, high-performing engineering teams. Able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance at the appropriate level. Preferred
