Job description
JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Operations Head The Operations Head will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of Government Schools across Pan India and Akshar Forum in Guwahati , ensuring the effective implementation of educational programs, managing resources efficiently, and aligning the organization’s activities with its mission. The COO will work closely with the Co-founders and Founder and other leadership team members to achieve strategic goals and maintain operational excellence. Criteria: · Total work experiences of at least 15 Years · Proven experience (8 - 10 years) in a senior role, preferably in the non-profit sector (Education Fellowships/Education NGOs) · Experience in implementing education programs or initiatives, particularly in collaboration with government schools. · Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a
