Qualification

Associates degree in Supply Chain, Logistics Administration, or a related field Prior supervisory or team lead experience in a warehouse/distribution environment, ideally across picking and packing Experience working alongside AMRs, goods-to-person, or other warehouse automation, including basic troubleshooting and escalation Experience using a WMS to manage waves, order exceptions, and carrier manifesting Familiarity with labor planning and performance metrics such as UPH/LPH and DPMO Familiarity with Lean and 5S principles Familiarity with safety standards and OSHA compliance in warehouse operations Why work with us: We have awesome benefits – We offer a wide variety of benefits to help support you and your loved ones.
