Responsibilities
Qualifications

Generate Sales Leads: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the thriving sector through lead generation, networking, and market research.

Customer Consultation: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs for commercial and multifamily properties.

Proposal Development: Create and present customized solutions to clients, addressing their specific requirements and budget considerations.

Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to secure contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, property managers, facility directors, and other key stakeholders.

Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service implementation and delivery.
Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the plumbing or mechanical services industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand technical aspects of plumbing while effectively communicating them to clients.

Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

Familiarity with commercial, hotel, restaurant or multifamily plumbing needs is a plus.
