Position: Participant Care Associate (CNA) Client: PACE at Hudson Headwaters Location: Glens Falls, NY Target Areas: Queensbury, South Glens Falls, Hudson Falls, Fort Edward, Lake George, Saratoga Springs, Ballston Spa, Wilton, Moreau, Gansevoort, Corinth, Warrensburg, Granville, Whitehall, Schuylerville, Greenwich, Argyle, Salem Pay: $22.50/hour Schedule: Full-Time; Monday–Friday; 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; No weekends required About the Role: Provide direct personal care and support to older adults enrolled in a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), helping maintain safety, dignity, independence, and quality of life while working as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team. Key Responsibilities: • Provide hands-on personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting) • Assist with feeding and meal support • Assist with transfers and ambulation • Monitor participant
