Location: This position may be performed remotely, but requires the flexibility and willingness to travel as needed. The Opportunity At Praxis, we are building transformative medicines for people living with central nervous system disorders where the need for better treatments remains profound. Ensuring patients can access those therapies requires more than a strong national strategy—it requires trusted partnerships and thoughtful execution in the markets where access decisions are made every day. The Payer Engagement Lead, Regional Accounts will lead strategic engagement with regional commercial health plans, state Medicaid agencies, Medicaid managed care organizations, regional Blue plans, and other payer stakeholders across the half of the United States.
