Job description

As a People Operations Supervisor at Co-op Live, you’ll be at the heart of our event-day staffing operation, making sure our casual workforce is checked in, kitted out, looked after and safely on their way home. You’ll lead a team of casual People Assistants and work alongside the People Operations Department on everything from accreditation, uniform distribution and time and attendance to staff feeding, laundry and resolving any staffing queries as they come up. Event-Day Staff Ingress Support the People Operations Department with staff arrival, including check-in, accreditation, uniform distribution, allocation to work areas and time and attendance capture. Event-Day Staff Support Support the casual workforce during their shifts, including welfare support and conflict management where necessary.
