Technology Manager

The Technology Manager will support the delivery of technology projects and business systems across Eastlands Venue Services, helping to improve operational efficiency and support future growth. Working closely with teams across People, Finance, Operations, Hospitality and Commercial, the role will coordinate technology projects, manage relationships with software suppliers and support the implementation of new systems and process improvements. The role will also manage the relationship with CFG as primary technology service provider to EVSL. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring business systems are reliable, fit for purpose and continue to evolve alongside the needs of the business, whilst working closely with the EPOS Manager on projects impacting Co-op Live's hospitality technology estate.
