The Placement Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end client engagement process at Wing Assistant. This role focuses on converting qualified prospects into clients through structured discovery, and value presentations, while owning the full cycle from initial engagement through client readiness. This is a high-ownership sales role that combines consultative selling with close collaboration across sales, talent, and operations teams.
