We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Solution Engineer to join our team. This role is primarily field-based, with approximately 70% of time spent working remotely or from a regional office within the assigned territory, supporting sales and channel technical activities. The position also requires up to 30% travel. As a trusted technical advisor, you will work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to design, position, and demonstrate cybersecurity solutions that address complex business and security challenges. Key Responsibilities Partner with Sales teams to drive technical engagement throughout the customer lifecycle. What you’ll do Facility Maintenance & Building Infrastructure Execute hands-on facility maintenance and minor construction work, including drywall repairs, closet frame-outs, patching, painting, and structural fit-outs. Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on building infrastructure and facility equipment. Perform servicing, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop area, disposing of debris and ensuring tools and materials are properly handled. Warehouse Operations & Material Flow Manage material flow within the facility, assisting engineering and operations teams with moving larger units and equipment. Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks. Build custom wooden crates, pallets, and packaging to secure materials and equipment for shipment. Support site deliveries, intake, and logistics as needed. Collaboration & Quality Assurance Work closely with facility leadership and engineering teams to flag issues early, log work completed, and resolve site challenges efficiently. Operate as a self-starter who takes initiative during downtime to maintain facility standards and prevent operational bottlenecks.
