About Jinba Jinba ( jinba.io ) is a Y Combinator (W26) company building AI workflow automation for the enterprise. We convert natural language prompts into live APIs and MCP servers, serving 40,000+ enterprise users, including major banks and insurance companies. The Role This is our first design hire. You'll be the product designer at a fast-moving AI company, shaping how enterprises interact with automation tools from the ground up. Until now, our founders and design engineers have owned UI/UX. As our product matures and our enterprise relationships deepen, we are building out our Product Org and looking for a Product Designer who can own the full design cycle, from discovery through to shipped product.
