5+ years of product management experience Proven track record as an internal product manager: You’ve led technical product initiatives where the user base is internal (and oftentimes other engineers or product teams) from discovery, to roadmap/strategy development, through execution and monitoring. You can speak concretely about what made these initiatives succeed or fail (adoption, metrics, iteration). Deep technical fluency: You can hold your own with our best engineers on how large systems are designed, evaluating trade-offs, limitations, and business value. You’re intimately familiar with APIs, reading architectures, and developing technical prototypes with the help of AI assistants. Leadership, stakeholder influence, and communication :You should be comfortable working cross-functionally (engineering, data, product) and influencing without direct authority. You must be able to explain complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders, drive alignment, and make trade-offs crystal clear with concise and simple written and verbal communication.
