Job description
What Impact You'll Have GRVTY is seeking an experienced, self-starter, and driven Product Owner to join our high-performing and dynamic team. The Product Owner is responsible for maximizing the value of the software translating operational needs into clear, actionable work for the development team. This role owns the product backlog, prioritizes work based on operational impact, and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams like government Systems Engineering Technical Assistance (SETA) personnel, the Operator community, UX Designer, and software developers to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with mission strategy. Additionally, work with development teams to lead backlog grooming sessions, increment and sprint planning, and capacity allocation to increment releases that will ensure compliance with system requirements.
