Production Lead, 2nd Shift

Qualification

High School Diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills essential Basic math skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently Ability to work well people and across departments Prior experience as a Utility Operator or Processor, or strong knowledge of the operation including raw receiving, processing, filler operating and cleaning and CIP functions. Must have a strong working knowledge of the department and the ability to receive direction and organize work and staffing schedules. 2-5 years experience in the Production Department or related area is desirable. Working Conditions: Factory environment Varying noise and heat levels.
