We’re expanding our Community Development team in Tampa and looking for a Project Manager / Site Civil Engineer who’s ready to take ownership of meaningful projects and play a key role in shaping communities across Florida. In this role, you’ll lead and work on projects that are designed by CPH’s Community Development Team with a focus on the site civil aspects of the design including site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, construction plan preparation, and permitting. These projects are for a variety of clients locally, regionally, and throughout the U.S. Projects include parks and recreation, operations and public works
