Job description

FEQ227R339 The Public Sector Field Enablement Manager builds the enablement strategy that helps Databricks win new public sector customers, deepen account engagement, and grow platform consumption with a focus on Federal and National Security. This role partners with Sales and Field Engineering leadership to translate public sector priorities into measurable improvements in field readiness, pipeline, ramp, and consumption outcomes. The Impact You Will Have Within the first 12–18 months, establish a prioritized public sector enablement roadmap supporting approximately 75 account executives and the field engineers aligned to their accounts, with progress and business impact reviewed in regular leadership business reviews.
