The Role Mach Industries is seeking a Technical Recruiter to help us scale our world-class engineering and manufacturing teams. This role will be pivotal in identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional technical talent across disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, software, and GNC. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to shape recruitment strategies that align with our aggressive growth goals and mission-critical timelines. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, is passionate about UAS technology and national security, and has a keen understanding of what it takes to attract, screen, and close the best talent in the world. Key Responsibilities Partner with engineering and leadership teams to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions. Source, screen, and manage candidates across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, technical forums, and industry events. Drive the full recruitment lifecycle — from outreach and interviews to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
