Position Overview We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Client Relations Assistant to support client communication and coordination efforts. This role focuses on maintaining positive client interactions, assisting with inquiries, and helping ensure a smooth and consistent experience throughout the process. This is a fully remote position ideal for individuals who are organized, responsive, and enjoy building strong client relationships in a virtual environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with managing client communications, inquiries, and follow-ups
  • Provide timely and professional responses to client questions and requests
  • Support coordination tasks including scheduling and updates
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications
  • Help ensure a consistent and positive client experience
  • Collaborate with team members to support client needs
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting

  • Comfortable using email, messaging platforms, and online systems
